எரேமியாவைத் தேவன் கைவிட்டாரா? இல்லை. கர்த்தர் அவரை மறைத்து வைத்தார்.எந்த அநீதி ஆபத்தை சந்தித்தாலும், நாம் தேவனற்றவர்களின் செழிப்புக்களைக் காண்பதைத் தவிர்த்து, தேவனிடம் திரும்பி, அவரையே நம்பிக்கையாகப் பற்றிக் கொண்டால், அவர் நிச்சயமாகவே நம்மைச் சத்துருவுக்கு மறைத்துக் காப்பார். அரசனே எரேமியாவுக்கு எதிரியான போதிலும், எரேமியா, தேவனையே நம்பினார். அந்த நம்பிக்கை நம்மிடம் உண்டா? காற்றிலே பறப்பது கோதுமை மணி அல்ல; பதர்தான் பறக்கும். நாம் பதராக இராமல் கோதுமை மணியாக அவரது பாதத்திலிருப்பதே சிறப்பானது. களத்தில் கோதுமை மணியைத் தூற்றுவது அதற்காகத்தான். நாம் தேவ பாதத்திலே எப்போதுமிருப்பதும் அவரது சமுகத்தை நாடுவதுமே மேலான காரியமாகும். நாம் எப்பொழுதும் நம் கண்களை தேவனை நோக்கியே வைத்திருப்போமாக.
